Returns Policy
Wild Water Fly Fishing will accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. The customer returning the item(s) will pay shipping and handling costs to return the item. Wild Water Fly Fishing will return the full purchase price of the item(s), including standard shipping charges. Shipping charges for Second Day or Next Day will not be refunded. All returned item(s) must be returned, unopened with the original packaging, free accessories and all other materials that were shipped to the customer.
Items that are returned to us because they can not be delivered (incorrect address, insufficient address information, wrong address or for any other reason) will be treated as a return and we will issue a refund for the item, less the original shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for providing us correct shipping information at the time of purchase. Wild Water is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to address errors at the time of purchase. In addition, Wild Water in not responsible for any item(s) that are returned to us that become lost or stolen.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our shipping rates are based on your order total amount. There might be additional fees that are applied to orders shipped outside the contiguous US, Canada and all other International destinations. Any additional duties or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient of the item(s).
