    7' light weight

Called a lightweight fly rod but it seems to be able to throw out large poppers, streamers and spinners with little or no stress. Still trying to get something larger than a 16'" largemouth with it.

    Highly recommend

I have purchased several of these fly rods for grandchildren to introduce them to fly fishing. These rods are easy to cast and perform as well as much more expensive rods. Wild Water also has great customer service.

    7 ft. Fly rod

Needed something smaller than my long fly rods. Saw the 7 ft. offered by WWFF. Package arrived on time. I was surprised by the quality of the rod for the price. Used it with a 2 weight line and it performed beautifully. Caught a few fish and it made me realize how much fun small rods are. Can't go wrong if you need small rod. Dave Gobert

Great Rod and Great Customer Service

I received the rod with Wild Water's warranty service after I broke my original. I've had great success using the original for native brookies and can't wait to get back to the mountains with my new rod.

Good as new... because it's new!

Had an older example of this rod (nice!) with the tip section snapped (twice!) due to carelessness on my part, and wanted to purchase a replacement tip. Due to uncertainty of compatibility of their current tip stock, WW offered me a replacement rod at their warranty replacement price. It's just as nice as my previous rod, and a very useful fishing tool indeed, especially in close cover and/or in a kayak. Helpful hint: if your rod tip breaks between top guide and next guide down, saw off the stub and keep fishing. Still casts great!
